Human Anatomy and Physiology is a course designed for students interested in careers in health and biological sciences. Students will develop knowledge of biochemistry, cellular functions, tissues, organs, organ system, and diseases with an emphasis on how structure relates to function. Lab experience will include dissections of various specimens. Medical profession guests and field trips are in integral part of the course.

2 Semesters duration, you get .5 credit per term (college credit available), only for students in 11-12.

You had to have a "B" or better in Biology or Teacher Recommendation and completion of or concurrent enrollment in Chemistry, Health Science, Medical Terminology, and/or Sports Medicine also recommended.
